How do you grade the condition of your vinyl and memorabilia?
We use the industry-standard Goldmine Grading System. Each item is carefully inspected by our experts to ensure accurate descriptions of both the media and the sleeve condition.
What shipping methods do you use for fragile records?
All records are shipped in heavy-duty, reinforced cardboard mailers with extra padding. We remove the vinyl from the outer sleeve during transit to prevent seam splits unless the item is factory sealed.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to collectors worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the order.
What is your return policy for pre-owned items?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If an item does not match the described condition or is defective, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.
Are all the autographs and collectibles authenticated?
Absolutely. All autographed items and high-end memorabilia come with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) or have been vetted by reputable third-party authentication services.
